Description: The PADI Enriched Air Diver course is PADI's most popular specialty diving course, and it's easy to understand why. Diving with Enriched Air Nitrox allows for more no-decompression time, giving you extra time underwater, particularly on repetitive dives. By breathing enriched air, you're exposed to less nitrogen during your dive. The higher the oxygen content in the tank, the less nitrogen you breathe in. This can benefit you in several ways, such as extending your no-stop dive time for longer durations, especially on repeated dives. Alternatively, you might choose to stay within the air dive limits, but with the added safety of reduced nitrogen intake, increasing your overall safety margin.

I was open-water certified here in 2010, I also obtained my AOW, Rescue and EANx certs from them as well. Staff is highly qualified and professional, Alan and Dean are my go-to people who always help me with gear service or questions. Alan has also accommodated me with last-minute nitrox fills, a huge thank you for helping me make that early morning dive the following day! If you've ever thought about becoming a scuba diver, please consider this dive shop, great folks and excellent customer service! Dive on! And as Dj says, 'Tanks a lot!'

My wife and I first worked with American Divers International (ADI) way back in 1990. We bought our first set of dive gear from ADI and owners DJ and Edith helped plan our honeymoon trip to Saba. About three years ago, once our children were old enough, we all completed our PADI Open Water and Enriched Air Certifications as a family. ADI has their own heated pool for training and their instructors are outstanding. We also purchased our second set of dive gear including new computers. Unfortunately, the computers failed after only 3 years despite being well taken care of. ADI sent the computers back to the manufacturer and the manufacturer explained to ADI that they were passed their warranty and wanted an exorbitant price to repair. Needless to say, I was not happy with the manufacturer. My prior dive computer lasted 15 years. While DJ and Edit have since retired, the new folks (including Becky) are carrying on ADI’s outstanding reputation for customer service. Becky pushed back with the manufacturer’s regional sales rep resulting in the manufacturer agreeing to replace faulty drive computers with new ones (and new model) at a greatly reduced cost (even below the repair cost of the faulty computers). ADI stands behind the products they sell and will advocate strongly on behalf of the customer. It’s customer service like this that keeps me coming back to ADI and supporting our local dive shop.

Recently visited two dive stores in Brevard County to add a personal touch to my internet research for a dive mask purchase. I grew up on an tropical island in the 60's and 70's snorkeling the ocean and have been diving since 1992. I have had both Silastic clear mask sides and rubber black mask sides. Currently deciding whether to buy my next mask considering peripheral vision vs decreased glare. American Divers, Jeff, presented pros and cons of using either of the different styles. Great unbiased, professional adviced. Non-judgmental and concise details. As it should be. Thanks Jeff

Service was way beyond good. I’m from Ohio visiting a friend and needed SCUBA equipment help that day and they were able to provide - I didn’t think is was possible. They finished while I perused their well stocked store. Great down to earth personal. Left with 100% confidence. Highly recommend.
