Ken Burns, Guide at 2 Net Fishing Guide

Experience premier Oregon fishing with 2 Net Fishing Guide and explore the legendary river and lake fisheries that make the Pacific Northwest a top angling destination. Led by Captain Ken Burns, a seasoned Oregon fishing guide with decades of on-the-water experience, you’ll fish productive waters across the Columbia River, Willamette River, and some of the region’s most scenic lakes. His in-depth local knowledge ensures you’re always positioned where the bite is strongest.

Target powerhouse Sturgeon, hard-fighting Salmon, aggressive Shad, and trophy Trout throughout the year. Whether you prefer light tackle finesse or heavy-duty setups for big river giants, Captain Ken customizes each guided fishing trip to match your goals and seasonal conditions. Salmon anglers can enjoy proven trolling techniques, while other trips may involve spinning or specialized presentations designed for Oregon’s diverse fisheries.

Your fishing charter takes place aboard a 29’ custom Alumaweld Intruder, powered by a reliable 225 HP Mercury engine. Built for stability and performance, this spacious vessel comfortably accommodates up to 6 anglers. The large fish-fighting deck gives everyone room to battle big fish safely and efficiently. In cooler conditions, the boat’s covered and heated design keeps you comfortable, extending your fishing season year-round.

River anglers will explore iconic stretches of the Columbia and Willamette Rivers, known for their consistent runs and trophy potential. If lake fishing is more your style, you can venture onto Clear Lake, Timothy Lake, or Estacada Lake—each offering unique structure and excellent opportunities for Trout and seasonal species. Every trip is fully equipped with premium Stryker, Penn, and Okuma rods and reels, along with a carefully selected assortment of proven lures.

For added convenience, Captain Ken cleans and fillets your catch at the end of your trip, so you can take home fresh Oregon fish ready for the table. Families are welcome, and children 8 years and older can safely join the adventure. Life jackets are provided for all passengers.

All you need is a valid Oregon fishing license, snacks, and your favorite non-alcoholic beverages. Book your Oregon river or lake fishing charter with 2 Net Fishing Guide and discover why these waters consistently deliver unforgettable angling action.
