Captain Andy is both a US Coastguard OUPV certified Captain with a Masters upgrade for Inshore and Offshore chartering and a New Hampshire State certified teacher, K-12, who has an immense passion for the ocean and takes great pleasure in sharing this passion with children and adults alike. One of his specialties is teaching both children and adults how to fish and about the ocean environment.  "What is so wonderful about a day at sea, is that no day is ever the same.
