e headed to Chaumont Bay for fishing, and Captain Silas was incredibly informative about the area, the boat, and the different types of fish we could catch. He guided us into the bay, where we spotted plenty of fish on the fish finder. Although the fish weren't biting well, we still managed to catch a few. Everyone had a great time and truly enjoyed the experience!

What an incredible fishing charter today! Did we catch a lot? Not really. Was anyone else having luck? Not at all. But did we land an absolute monster of a walleye? Absolutely! Thanks to Captain Silas and his first mate, we reeled in a massive 31-inch, 10-pound, 9-ounce walleye. It was an enormous fish, and we had a fantastic time doing it. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back for another trip soon!

Our main goal was to catch some fish, and Silas and his first mate, Holly, delivered beyond our expectations. We not only learned a lot but also had a great time. We especially appreciated Silas’s thoughtfulness when our youngest son began to feel motion sick. He promptly packed up the gear and took us to shore, ensuring that our son didn’t end the trip on a negative note.

The trip was focused on night walleye fishing, and we ended up catching a fantastic variety of fish, including a massive 10.8-pound walleye—I've never seen one that big before! Huge thanks to the crew on the boat for their excellent work. We really appreciated everything!
