Not much of a troll bite for us yesterday, but this crowd had a BLAST jacking up big groupers, and amberjacks sending live bait to the bottom on the edge of the continental shelf!

Nearshore Bonito Bite On Fire as Water Temps Hold Steady
Great Atlantic Bonito fishing continues as the water temp is holding in the low 60s nearshore. This walk on trip was one of the best bites I've seen in a long time! We got close to 90 fish in just 5 hours trolling within 8 miles of shore! All target species, not seeing much bi catch right now, but as the water warms up we will transition into Spanish mackerel and king mackerel fishing on our half days, then live bait fishing for cobia, king mackerel and amberjack! Grouper season starts may 1st and we are super excited for that as well! Book a trip!

Bittersweet Goodbye as New Adventures Begin in Colorado
Sad to see the ole girl go! But she's being picked up today by her new owner, and we have decided to move out to Colorado to start a farm! This was a last minute decision but we look forward to what the future holds in store for us.

It was shaping up to be a banner day offshore with Cassidy on our North Carolina Deep Sea Fishing Charters | Full Day Offshore Charters In Sneads Ferry. Daniel and Zach were a pleasure to fish with! Although it took a little time to find the fish, they stayed upbeat, were so helpful, and kept us all engaged, especially our two teenage grandsons. Once we started getting bites, they were quick to assist, making sure we reeled them in and had a blast! Full of knowledge and great conversation, they were especially encouraging to our boys. We’ll definitely book with them again!

My husband, son and brother in law took the charter yesterday and couldn’t have had a better time! My 9 year old said it was the best day of his life! Absolutely wonderful. Went out for Tuna but they hadn’t come super close in yet so we took advantage of the bottom fishing. There is no one better in the industry than Daniel Powell at bottom fishing. Absolutely recommend and look forward to rebooking with him. My wife is a disabled veteran and he made her feel very accommodated.
