Booked a trip w/ Below the Boat for my family in the Boardman, OR area. Troy has a badass boat and great gear. Got us into the walleye quick, and we had just a fantastic day. We had a party of four, and everyone did well. Troy’s deckhand Monte was a pleasure as well. Hard working, super fast, didn’t make anyone feel stupid for not knowing the drill. This is a great crew that knows what they are doing, highly recommended and we’ll be back.

Captain Troy was Easy to talk to. he was very calm and Shared a lot of fishing tips and tricks. Troy was Very knowledgeable and had a Nice boat. He also had All the needed fishing equipment. We booked for sturgeon but had to fish for walleye because the wind was too strong. We Caught walleye and bass. Thanks Captain Troy! Signed, Hal Kenyon

Troy was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond on our charter. He had us on the fish within 30 min of leaving the dock, we had our first fish in the boat.
