Raised on the ocean after his family moved to the Keys in the 1970s, Captain Torre grew up kayaking, fishing, free diving for lobster, and spearfishing for dinner before he was old enough to drive. Guiding today is a natural extension of that upbringing, and every trip reflects his deep connection to the backcountry, reefs, and offshore waters he knows best.

Trips with Big Boii Charters are private, flexible, and designed around your group. Guests can focus on fishing, spearfishing, snorkeling, sandbar hopping, or a combination of activities in a single outing. The Lower Keys offer incredible variety, from reef and wreck fishing for snapper and grouper to offshore runs targeting mahi mahi, wahoo, and tuna during the warmer months. Depending on conditions and goals, you may troll, bottom fish with light tackle, or switch things up with hands-on spearfishing.

You’ll be fishing from a 25-foot center console that comfortably fits up to four guests. While six passengers are permitted, smaller groups are recommended for space and comfort. The boat is well suited for fishing, spearfishing, lobster season trips, eco tours, and relaxed sandbar stops. Rods, reels, tackle, chum, and cut bait are always included, with live bait provided when available.

Your fishing license is covered by the charter, and Captain Torre will go over current regulations, seasons, and harvest limits before the trip. Guests should bring snacks or lunch, drinks, sun protection, and non-spray sunscreen. Ice and bottled water are provided, and alcohol is allowed in moderation, excluding hard liquor and glass containers.
