Captain Gabe cordially invites you to North Padre Island to see some of his favorite fishing areas and enjoy the sights and sounds of this wonderful island. Whether you're looking for fantastic eating fish or just want to catch some huge Reds on a fly, the captain will show you all the greatest areas he's discovered on his many travels.
Board a 20-foot Everglades bay boat powered by a 150-horsepower Yamaha outboard. The boat was repaired in 2017 and is outfitted with cutting-edge navigation gear as well as a fish finder to assist you in locating schooling fish. The boat also has all of the required safety equipment, as well as an icebox and live bait tanks.
Captain Gabe will supply you with all of the required fishing equipment for the excursion, such as Penn spinning reels and Shimano bait casters. You may bring your equipment or have him fetch it for you on fly fishing outings. The captain will also take care of any live bait you may want for the excursion ahead of time. You'll be able to experiment with various approaches such as drift fishing, jig fishing, and utilizing a popping cork for Speckled Trout and Redfish.

Excellent half-day excursion. The shifting hours for heat and better fishing are really accommodating. We were on the fish the entire time. The boat and gear worked flawlessly, and we ended up with a great mess of fish to take home.

Captain Gabe was a brilliant fisherman; he got us straight to the best area; we maxed out our boat within an hour and then proceeded to catch and release for fun; my 8-year-old boyfriend and I had a lovely time; and if we go out again, we'll certainly hire Gabe!!
