When venturing into the Atlantic Ocean, the fishing opportunities expand to include bluefish, striped bass, weakfish, blackfish, gunnard, fluke, flounder, porgy, Spanish mackerel, cobia, and tuna. Depending on the season and conditions, you might also encounter sharks, dogfish, tropical species, and other marine life. Captain Stu's extensive knowledge and experience mean you’re in expert hands whether you’re fishing the river or the ocean.
Captain Stu Charters is well-equipped to make your fishing trip enjoyable and productive. The 23-foot Chaparral sportfishing boat is outfitted with downriggers and all necessary equipment for a successful day on the water. The vessel comfortably accommodates up to four passengers and includes a convenient onboard toilet. Captain Stu will provide rods, reels, and lures for your fishing needs. Live bait is also available, in season.
Before boarding, each member of your group will need to purchase a local fishing license. As you prepare for your outing, don’t forget essential items such as sunscreen (preferably non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. While alcohol is permitted, it should be consumed in moderation, and hard liquor and glass bottles are not allowed for safety reasons.

I appreciated Captain Stu and his assistant's effort to make our trip fun and successful- On a hot day, we made our way to multiple spots to reel in winners. Everyone in our party (4 of us) - none of us skilled fishermen - felt supported, comfortable, and encouraged. We all shared jokes on board, told tales, and caught some fish. The boat was comfortable. The equipment and bait worked. Thank you, Captain. Stay strong.
