Book with Joseph DiBella
Cricket II offers amazing fishing trips on one of the best fishing charters in North Carolina. Come to Morehead City and board the original boat in Jaws. Captain Joseph Dibella offers you inshore and offshore trips and gears fishing techniques towards your targeted species.
Your boat is a 45’ boat that was built in 1947 and was fully restored and outfitted in 2012 to provide free fishing trips for disabled veterans. This retrofitting makes this boat accessible to wheelchairs. The boat runs on a 250 HP Detroit engine and is equipped with GPS, fishfinder, fighting chairs, flybridge, and outriggers. The boat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 anglers. It has a Live Bait Well and an Ice Box for your catches. Aside from that, it has a toilet and a bed.
The inshore and offshore waters of North Carolina offer you various species to go after. Just to name some of them, you can target Dolphinfish (Mahi Mahi), Bluefin Tuna, White Marlin, King Mackerel, Blacktip Shark, Tiger Shark, Albacore Tuna, and Spanish Mackerel. The fishing techniques you will use to catch them include bottom fishing, drift fishing, jigging, kite fishing with light and heavy tackle. All the fish you catch is yours to keep and take home.
All the state-of-art fishing equipment, licenses, and catch cleaning are included in the price. You only need to pack your food, drinks, and bring sun protection. Your charter pays for a veteran group of the same number to go at a later date.
Come visit Captain Joseph and Cricket II and live a memorable fishing experience out on the sea!
