Cody was great very professional and we laughed a lot caught several fish.when we were done for the day his mom met us at the ramp because he was taking her fishing. He takes his mom fishing I thought that was special.

Had a great trip with Cody. Very knowledgeable and great guy. Will definitely go again and thanks.

My wife and I went out with Cody today and boated 15 bass. Cody was great. He took the time to teach my wife and I about what he knew and different techniques and things to try. He was also a lot of fun to be around and to spend 8 hours on a boat with. I will definitely be using Cody again.

I'm an old man and have been hiring guides for over 30 years, so its not my first rodeo. I've hired guides from Canada to Mexico and all over the US. What sets Cody apart from almost all other guides is two things. One, is customer service. You won't find a better guide that has YOUR interest at heart as Cody does. It goes without saying that he will put you on fish. That's a given and that is what PROFESSIONAL guides do, at least the ones who stay in business After all, that's what good guides do., but that isn't all there is to guiding and trust me, I know as I have tons of experience and can tell good guides from bad ones and I can honestly say, Cody is a step above almost all of them. Most importantly, the one thing that Cody does, and where he outshines them all, is he has INTEGRITY. Trust me, this is the rarest thing in the guide business. I'm not slamming other guides because they have to make a living. That's a given. What I am saying is that its the rarest of qualities. To illustrate that point, I booked another guide for a couple of trips (a top stick in his own right and a great guide) and that guide suggested another lake other than Lake Fork, which was my primary. Like I said before, I use a lot of guides and I called them all to get an opinion on this other lake. All gave vague opinions about this lake. I called Cody and he straight up said it's a sleeper lake and it is great fishing. He had nothing to gain by telling me the TRUTH. He didn't make a dime off off it. That my friends is true INTEGRITY, which is THE rarest thing in the guide business. Big thank you to Cody Mays and all the guys! This guy is a machine… I’ve been wanting to fish Fork since I can remember and today did not disappoint. Cody hunted and fished… and hunted and fished some more… and hunted some more and BAM! We found them. Cody taught me a ton about electronics and bass behavior on our trip that I will be able to use from now on! I am very grateful bud! Looking forward to March…
