This charter is perfect for a family outing, especially in early April. My wife and our three young kids (ages 7, 5, and 5) had an amazing time on our 4-hour trip. We landed over 40 Spanish Mackerel and spotted plenty of dolphins, which kept everyone engaged and excited. Ryan and Alan were fantastic—they go above and beyond to make sure the whole family has a great time. Highly recommend booking with total confidence.

Fun uncle outing with five teenage boys—everyone had a blast reeling in multiple Spanish Mackerel during our 3-hour spring break morning trip. Captain Ryan was excellent, and First Mate Alan was the real MVP! The whole crew had a great time, and we were back by noon. Cheers to a memorable day!

What an incredible trip! Alan was amazing, assisting with everything from rigging our gear to baiting the lines and handling the catch. The inside cabin was a perfect escape from the wind. We landed some big fish on our half-day trip. Highly recommend!

Captain Don and Ryan were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the trip. Captain Don knew all the best spots, and while the fish were a bit picky with their bites, it was still an amazing experience. We started with topwater lures, catching Speckled Sea Trout, Blue Fish, and Lady Fish, and I had a couple of Spanish Mackerel on but they got off before we could land them. Then, we switched to bottom fishing for Black Snapper. I managed to hook one keeper Black Snapper, but we were definitely getting bites from them and other fish like Pinfish, Flounder, Squirrel Fish, and a small Flounder. To top it off, we had a very friendly manatee swim right up to the boat and hang out while we fished! Overall, we caught a great variety of saltwater fish that were new to us and even brought home some to eat! It was a fantastic time, and I highly recommend fishing with Dauphins Charters and Captain Don!

We went on a family and friends trip with Capt. Ryan. It. Was. Amazing. Many of our first time out on the water for that length of time and wouldn’t change a thing! Capt Ryan put us on fish and WOW! The Mahi-mahi frenetic catches were so much FUN!! The Snapper were fun to fight. And the other fish were just as great! I felt safe in the boat with the Captain’s handling. You could tell this man knew his boat, water and fishing holes! Can’t wait til next trip..and it’ll be soon! Will not book with any other charter except Dauphins Charter Fishing and Capt. Ryan!
