You’ll be in hands of Captain Tom Myers who is a Military Veteran with over 25 years of experience fishing in Orange Beach. After being released from the Military, he started fishing in Orange Beach in 1997. On every trip he takes, he makes sure his guests won’t forget all of their experiences off the coast of the beautiful beaches!
You’ll be fishing aboard a 21’ Sea Pro center console that can accommodate up to 4 anglers. The vessel is also decked out with top-quality navigational and safety gear, so you’ll head to the hotspots in plenty of comfort and security. The boat also has a wireless trolling monitor and on board, you'll find a live bait well, and an Icebox ready for use.
Your adventure will take you in the inshore, near shore, and back bay waters where you get the chance to hook trophies. Each of the species you can catch here is on every angler’s bucket list such as Cobia, Flounder, King & Spanish Mackerel, Redfish, Sheepshead, Red Snapper, Sea Trout, and Tripletail. Trolling, jigging and light tackle is the best way to catch most of these, but you can always try out something different—Captain Tom is the expert and he will teach you the best techniques.
The Captain will prepare and provide top-notch rods and reels, live bait, and lures. Feel free to bring your snacks and drinks for the day, and it’s always good to prepare lots of sun protection. The crew will even clean your catch after the trip. Kids of all ages are welcome aboard, so bring them along so that they can experience a unique and fun outdoor water activity they’ll always remember.

Captain Tom was knowledgeable in the area and was really an expert. He brought us to different spots and caught a lot of white and speckled trout, saltwater/hardhead catfish (first time ever catching that), and triggerfish. When you book, everything you need is already provided. We will definitely book him again! Highly recommended.

Captain Tom was on time. He brought us to different spots. On the first pass, I hooked and lost a giant Sea Trout at the boat. We ran to another stop and bottom fishing with shrimp and cut croaker and caught 12-13 trout and Whiting that we kept eating. Lastly, we caught a 24” trout. The Captain was really an expert! We have already booked our next trip with him.

Tom was an awesome captain. Very flexible and will really make your trip something to be remembered. This was a trip for my son and son-in-law and we made lifetime memories. In addition, we caught a box full of fish. Can't thank him enough for providing us with a great fishing experience! We will definitely be back again.

We had a fantastic day fishing near-shore and in-shore with Tom at Double A Charter. Tom is well-organized, approachable, and an excellent communicator. He knows the waters surrounding Perdido Shores and Orange Beach well, and he hooked us up with Pompano, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, and Speckled Trout. As a 7-foot Bull Shark approached the side of the boat and snagged a fish we were hauling in, things became pretty intense. That was a fantastic fishing trip, and we'll be eating fresh fish for several days!!

This was my favorite charter trip thus far. We hooked up with some sheepshead and pompano and stuck with them for quite some time. Every cast seemed to have a fish on the line. I will definitely be a return client.
