Finatic Sport Fishing Charters is a sport fishing boat that is available throughout the New Jersey coast. March though May we Sail from Browns Boat Yard in Parlin, NJ fishing the Raritan bay's amazing striped bass fishery! June Through December we sail from Total Marine at seaview in Neptune, NJ (Shark River) providing easy and close access to Tune, Mahi, Fluke, Sea Bass, Tog, and the Fall striper run!
We target a wide variety of species including the famed New Jersey Striped Bass, Summer Fluke, Tautog, Sea Bass, Mahi, Tuna, Swordfish, and Tile.
Fishing guide out of a 36' Contender Fish Around with state of the art equipment; Captain Dexter Marshall has been a lifelong NJ Fisherman with over 3 decades of experience fishing these waters and he enjoys nothing more than sharing these ultimate fishing experiences with you! Everything is provided for your trip including all tackle and top of the line fishing equipment! Expect the very best of charter boat fishing!

A girlfriends trip out on the water with captain Dexter was exactly what we needed and he delivered the best and most personalized experience through the Wildwood Grand Slam trip. Fishing , sandbar fun, cruising with music, and all the sun we wanted! The dolphin watching up close and personal was one of my favorite parts of the trip. He knew right where to go and let us hang out with them for as long as we wanted. Can't wait to go back again! He truly is the best captain around! And awesome with the kids and being patient and helpful! 100 recommend!

Cap'n Dexter has it going. heard bass were biting up north and found dexter and boy did we find the fish. boat of 6 caught well over 100 fish. insanity. been striper fishing a long time and never caught that many. boat is sweeeet and comfy. more than. enough room for 8 guys let alone us 6. equipment was top notch. can't wait for the spring. HOLD ME A SPOT DEXTER ILL BE THERE!!!

So I have been out with Captain Dexter a few times, and let me say, the man knows how to find the fish! Between his experience, networking with other captains, top of the line equipment, and above all, perseverance and determination, it's as close to a guarantee as there is with fishing, that even on a bad day, you will get on the fish. On my first trip out with him, I caught the biggest fish I have ever gotten in my life, a 48" striped bass, weighing in at 40 pounds! A life goal of mine, is to catch one 50" long or more, so I can beat my birth father's record, and I WILL be out with him again, because there is NO better chance to meet that goal, than to be out on the water with Captain Dexter! If you want to catch the big ones, get out there on the Finatic ASAP!
