Hot bite and happy crew! Summer fishing in Bonita Springs, FL brought Jacob and their crew out with Fred Gowdy Charters for some action-packed angling. We kicked off our 4 Hour Trip – Backwater (AM) under partly cloudy skies, with the possibility of storms looming later in the day. The morning air was already warm as we set out, typical for July in Southwest Florida. Fred Gowdy Charters was ready to show why we're known for the best experience on these waters. Bonita Springs Peacock Bass Fishing Report
We had a great day targeting some Peacock Bass in the back country waters of Bonita Springs. The Peacock Bass were hungry and we brought a good number of them to the boat. These fish are feeding actively pretty much all day which makes them a blast to target. We have availability for trips that will teach you how to fish for these aggressive and hard fighting fish.

Caught a Lot of nice Redfish In Estero Bay outside of Bonito Springs Florida. Had a Couple of 28 Inch Redfish to the boat in a short period of time. The fishing has remained steady through the summer. Book trip for shots at Redfish and Sea trout!

First of all I would recommend a six hour trip.Fred has many spots for a variety of fish. Weather, tides and of course red tide can affect any fishing but Fred found us a great day of fishing!
