It was a memorable outing with friends and family. My son made the journey from Fort Worth to join us for the day. We had an incredible experience catching 12 huge snappers one after the other, creating an atmosphere filled with excitement. The unexpected bonus of catching 10 Mahi within just 30 minutes, thanks to Captain Paul's deckhand spotting a school, added to the thrill. Although our trip was initially focused on snapper, Captain Paul ensured we made the most of our time by taking us to additional spots and engaging in trolling, making for an action-packed day. I appreciated the convenience of having access to a private bathroom, especially during a mixed trip. Captain Paul's extensive knowledge of the waters and marine life transformed our travel time into a valuable learning experience, covering topics like fishing techniques, boat maintenance, and insights into the Gulf of Mexico. Listening to his tales of adventure as a captain of larger private yachts and his encounters with swordfish and other sports fish added an extra layer of enjoyment to our incredible day.
