About the Boat

The "REEL ESCAPE" is a 1986 Sportcraft 300 Offshore Sportfisherman – a classic fishing machine with a heavy fiberglass hull, built tough for the oceans and custom-made for sportfishing. She boasts a great layout for live bait drifting, casting, jigging, trolling, or anchoring during your bay fishing escapades.

Full-day trips typically last 8-10 hours, while half-day adventures span 4-5 hours. These fishing trips make great business and team-building events, as well as unforgettable memory-makers for families and friends.

The boat was repowered in 2022 with twin-screw GM Vortec HD 5.7 engines and 2 to 1 Velvet Drive Transmissions, reaching a maximum cruising speed of 35 knots! With plenty of elbow room on the fishing deck and a comfortable cabin to escape the weather, the "REEL ESCAPE" accommodates up to 6 anglers with a flushing toilet and seating space.
