There is no experience required to go on one of these trips and even if it’s your first time fishing, Chris is confident that he can get you hooked up and having a good time. A day on the water with Hooked Guide Service is also a no worries experience. The trip is all-inclusive which includes all the bait and tackle ever needed when going after that wall hanger. Also, supporting his local small businesses, Captain Bosse only uses Kerr Custom Rods, a hand-tied custom fishing rod.
The Pere Marquette, Big Manistee, and Muskegon rivers are home to Captain Chris Bosse. With over a decade of experience on each one, Bosse will put you on the fish. Your guide Chris is an expert when it comes to catching trophies from Steelhead to Salmon, Perch to Large Mouth Bass of the world-famous Salmon river throughout all of fall and spring.

Chris was phenomenal! He was able to fit us in last minute and was very patient with my girls. It was the best fishing trip. He knows where to find the fish and keeps the kids engaged. They never got bored! We will definitely book again!

Look no further. Chris is THE guide you want for your next fishing trip. He took my wife and me out, where we caught massive pike (biggest fish I’ve ever caught). Chris was knowledgeable, patient, funny, and by the end of the night, we were casting like pro’s. We got back late, and Chris cleaned our fish at 10pm! I will continue to use Chris for every fishing trip from now on every time we visit Michigan. Nice job Chris, keep up the great work!

On Monday July 27th 2020 we had the privilege of fishing with Captain Chris Bosse. Chris made us feel like we have known him for years. In between the great conversations we got some very large pike. 35”, 31” and 26” We also saw several bald eagles. What a beautiful trip on the Manistee River we will never forget. Chris is the guide you need to pick for your next trip!

Chris personalizes his trips to suit your needs. We really appreciated that. When we had to begin later in the morning than planned, our catch was low. Chris was nice enough to supplement with some frozen fish of his own!
