Climb aboard the “Grand Slam”, a 30’ Island Hopper sportfishing boat and get ready to catch the heavyweights! It can hold up to 6 persons comfortably fishing all at the same time. The boat is fully equipped for serious sport fishing with an outrigger, live bait well, wireless trolling monitor, and advanced navigational equipment. Inside you’ll also find spearfishing equipment, a toilet, a bed, and an Icebox. Everything you need is readily available onboard all you have to think about is reeling in your dream catch.
The crew will put you on the hottest bites around and you’ll target a wide variety of species, depending on your preference and skill level. Stripped Bass, Yellowfin Tuna, Bluefin Tuna, Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, False Albacore, Bonita, Bluefish, Fluke, Sea Bass, and Shark are all on the catch list. Use a variety of fishing techniques to reel them in such as light or heavy tackle, spearfishing, bottom fishing, trolling, jigging, or fly fishing.
All required equipment and gear are covered in the charter as well as the bait, licenses, and catch cleaning. A first mate will be with you on board too to assist you. Make sure to bring your favorite food and drinks, sun protection, and wear weather-appropriate clothing.
