Drifting for Trout on the Scenic Buffalo Lake
We started the day drifting with beads, targeting both Rainbow Trout and brown trout. It wasn't long before David's rod doubled over, and he was into a nice Trout that put up a spirited fight. We got that one in the boat and kept working the area, finding a few more Trout willing to hit our baits. The river continues to produce!
day 2 with Dave and Kelly, wind and weather kept us in the river, but the river has been fishing absolutely incredible. we boated 60 or so Quality fish, ranging from 3-6 pounds. all fish where caught on moving baits, I keep saying it but may is the best month of the year to fish for small mouth for quality and quantity. these fish are a blast to catch! limited dates avalible for the rest of the month, dont miss out on it! your pb is waiting for you.

Smallmouth beat down
smallmouth fishing in late april-may is prime time fishing, for numbers and size. Heres an example 124 fish in just 5 hours yesterday afternoon, most over 3-5 pounds. these fish are hungry and can be caught many ways, from casting moving baits, to dragging something along the bottom, most of these fish are schooled up by the hundreds this time of year. This bite will only last about another month or so, now is the time to go, i have some dates available!

Battling Trophy Smallies on the Niagara River & Lake Erie
It was a cool and cloudy morning as I headed out with David Lord for a private fishing charter on the waters of Lake Erie and the Niagara River near North Tonawanda, NY. April is a fantastic time for targeting Smallmouth Bass in these parts, as the fish become more active with the warming waters. Despite the overcast skies, the conditions were shaping up to be quite favorable for an exciting day on the water. We launched the boat and started drifting, working various sections of the lake and river using a combination of live bait and artificial lures. It didn't take long before David's rod bent over, and he set the hook into a feisty Smallmouth Bass. The fish put up a spirited fight, stripping line and making powerful runs, but David kept his cool and carefully worked it to the net. After a quick photo, we released the bass back to the water unharmed. This pattern continued throughout the morning, with David hooking into several more Smallmouths, as well as a few Rainbow Trout and Brown Trout mixed in. The action was steady, and we had a great time working the lake and river for these hard-fighting gamefish. Between the flurries of activity, we took in the scenic views and enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere. Despite the overcast skies, the rain and snow held off, making for a comfortable day on the water. It was the perfect blend of excellent fishing and simply taking in the beautiful natural surroundings. steelhead fishing has started! we have been using egg sacs and beads under a float to catch these beautiful fish. fall numbers can range from one to 20+ fish in a day. water is finally right! lets go fishin!

The salmon fishing continues to stay strong!
casting spoons with light line continues to get better as the days creep into October. the salmon are big and plentiful this year, catching these fish is nothing but an adrenaline rush, long runs, acrobatic and angry! It just takes one to be hooked on this bite forever. we have about 3 weeks left until the bite will start to slow down. Get here while its hot!

casting for kings at night is still going strong, we are seeing Lot of fish moving even with low water. as the water continues to cool we will see the bite just get better. the next week or so is the time to try your luck, i have some days open, book today before they are gone 🎣

Booked a trip with Justin for steelhead fishing. I went into the day expecting to hook onto one or two, but more to just learn and take in information since it was one of the first times float fishing. Needless to say the day turned into one of the best fishing days that I can remember. Justin knew the spots and techniques, and was able to get me on so many hook ups it was unbelievable. Without taking into account the countless times I didn’t set the hook fast enough and they got away. Definitely very knowledgeable and with a great attitude. You won’t be disappointed.

Was new to centerpin fishing, now I feel like a pro. . I know I’m not, but Justin sure is. He is very knowledgeable. He worked with me on setting a date, and even rearranged dates because he knew the water would be prime. Talk about professional! He was patient in teaching me some basics, provided good convo, and definitely put me on some fish. Really provided a great experience, and was definitely worth every penny. Looking forward to booking with him again with my girlfriend. I highly recommend Justin if your looking to catch fish, learn, or have a great experience.
