Our captain, Captain Michael Pisciottano, has been running fishing charters in Sebastian since 2012. He is a seasoned veteran of the sea, having started his career as a deckhand on Hurricane—the same boat that he still uses today. Hurricane was originally built in 2022 and is powered by a 130HP Yamaha engine that allows for a maximum cruising speed of 40 knots. The boat can comfortably accommodate 4 people and offers access to all three types of fishing: river fishing, lake fishing, inshore fishing, nearshore fishing, backcountry fishing.

Tampa Bay Fishing Report - Bowfishing in Florida
I had an awesome time on Tampa Bay last night with some great folks who were eager to try their hand at bowfishing. It was a fun night out with the boys, and I'm thrilled to say that they had a blast and are now hooked on this exciting fishing technique! The thrill of spotting a fish in the water, taking aim with your bow, and watching your arrow hit its mark is truly unbeatable. I'm always happy to introduce people to the world of bowfishing and can't wait to take more groups out for an unforgettable night on the water.

this guy is awesome. went through step by step. I felt like I learned more today about sounders than I have learned in the last ten years. he gives instruction and tips in a way, you don't feel like an idiot. boat was rigged, ready, fueled( Don't know why I had to mention that, but I guess it is not always customary To be at the dock with a fueled boat.) Excellent guide and fisherman. showed excellent maritime safety and etiquette! if you've never been on a catamaran , you are missing out! excellent gaff shots sparing meat. he seemed as excited as we were when we would hook up with a fish. we we put on plenty of fish and had many many hook-ups. between getting rocked up by grouper and paying the tax-man. we still came home with a mess of fish. Can't wait to go again!

Mike is by far the real deal when it comes to guys born to be captains. This guy has fish blood running through his Veins and will be your best shot at bringing meat home. When the docks are empty his coolers are full, that is the difference when you book with him.

Kaptain Hook Charters is the best! I've gone several times with Mike. He treats us like family! Everytime I have a friend visiting from out of town I book a charter with him. He is knowledgeable and experienced and we ALWAYS catch fish! From bottom fishing for snapper and grouper to catching kings and dolphin he is the man to get the job done. Do yourself a favor and book NOW! I can't wait to go again in April when I'm out of school!!

Captain Mike is so knowledgeable about fishing his areas that the trip can be tailored towards the fishing you prefer to do. This was a special trip with my buddy Oliver; we got on a ton of amberjack, snapper, and grouper. Even a surprise monster kingfish. One of my favorite parts of his charters is his dedication to making sure everyone on board is having a great time, with a rod in their hand. Whether it be a family day, the boys fishing, or a company booking, I would highly recommend Kaptain Hook Charters to anybody who likes catching fish!!!!! Sincerely, A repeat client who can’t wait to get back out.

If you haven’t been out with captain mike yet you’re missing out on one hell of a time as well as a cooler full of fish. There isn’t another charter that has the same dedication to getting you on the meat while having a blast.
