My friends and I went on a 6-hour shark hunt for my bachelor party, and we had an absolute blast! Captain Beau was outstanding, helping us hook several species of sharks, reds, and drums. We were constantly running from side to side, reeling in fish with screaming reels. At the last minute, I decided to book a fishing trip for my kids while we were in Galveston and managed to secure a spot with Captain Zach. Both of my sons landed the first fish of the day, a 40-pound black drum. Despite some rain and strong winds, which made for challenging fishing conditions, we still had a fantastic time! I ended up reeling in a massive black drum that was so big I could barely hold it up with both hands. Overall, we had an amazing experience—the windy conditions just added to the adventure, and the kids loved every moment of it.
