We had an amazing time with Captain Eric! Initially, we had planned for an afternoon excursion, but Captain Eric proactively reached out the day before to suggest a morning trip instead, noting that recent afternoon catches had been less fruitful. His flexibility and eagerness to accommodate our schedule was impressive. On the morning of our adventure, Captain Eric was all set and swiftly led us to a spot teeming with flounder, quickly filling our cooler. We then shifted our focus to hunting for bigger redfish. Despite other captains hopping between spots without much luck, we were fortunate enough to quickly engage with two redfish, including a staggering 41.5-inch bull! Our day was rounded off with a nice black drum. Back on shore, Captain Eric demonstrated his skill in filleting our catch. I highly recommend Line Check Charters and eagerly look forward to more trips this summer.

Despite it being the off-season, the Redfish we caught were unbeatable. The Captain assisted us in sending two fish to the taxidermist and ensured the rest made it to our cooler. It was an incredible experience!

I went on a fishing trip with my father and 7-year-old child, guided by Eric and Amanda, who were absolutely outstanding. They showed immense patience with my young one, taking time to teach him various skills. Impressively, by the end of our journey, he was independently setting hooks and reeling in flounder. Despite challenging conditions with choppy and muddy waters, Eric and Amanda expertly located the fish for us. We caught two redfish over 25 lbs, several smaller catfish and trout, and enjoyed abundant catch-and-release flounder fishing. I highly recommend this experience.
