Captain Bobby obtained his captain's license at the age of 18 and has been fishing in Destin's waters ever since. He has spent the previous few years working as a for-hire captain for another owner. He followed his passion and established his own charter after years of hard work and perseverance. Since then, he never stopped fishing in the area. Join Captain Bobby Marek on a fun and productive fishing excursion in Destin, Florida. Captain Bobby has the ability to transport you nearshore, offshore, reefs, and wrecks, while helping you to catch Amberjacks, Cobia, Groupers, King Mackerel, Bull Shark, and Snappers with a multi-winning tournament captain.
Your trip will start as you climb aboard a 32' Cape Horn center console powered by twin 300 HP Mercury engines and outfitted with the latest Garmin GPS, fish finder, and radar navigation gear, together with a VHF radio. The boat can accommodate a maximum of six passengers and has a multimedia system. It comes with a live well, outriggers, and downriggers for angling. On demand, a first mate also can join the crew. Their top-tier boat is also equipped with a seakeeper that stabilizes the boat and stops it from shaking in the waves for a safe and comfortable trip sailing.
Captain Bobby will take care of everything else such as top-of-the-line fishing gear, lures, and fishing licenses. He will offer to clean and filet your catch by the end of the day, all you have to bring are snacks and drinks, and you are set to go! Lonestar Fishing Charters awaits your booking!

Captain Bobby was awesome! We had an amazing family day. He was great with our kids and brought some amazing energy to our trip. This was by far the best charter we have been on. As soon as our poles hit the water we caught snapper. It was an action packed day full of laughs and memories. Captain Bobby put us on some great spots and the water was beautiful. You can’t go wrong here and we highly recommend going out with Lonestar Fishing Charters.

Bobby is such an amazing captain! We had a great time and caught an awesome Grouper, so many Red Snapper, and Amberjack. He was fun, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He even has the seakeeper gyroscopic stabilizer so the boat doesn’t roll with the waves. He was great with our 5 & 6 year old boys and after the trip they said can we do that again tomorrow! We will definitely go out again next time we are in Destin!!
