Mega Muskies Guide Service is proudly owned and operated by Dakota, a passionate angler who was born and raised in the Alexandria, MN area. With a lifelong love for fishing, Dakota began working at a local bait shop in 2016, where he gained invaluable knowledge from experienced anglers and honed his skills on Alexandria's local waters. In 2020, Dakota considered launching his own guiding service but chose to wait until after his return from an overseas deployment in 2021. By 2022, he officially established Mega Muskies Guide Service, combining his years of fishing experience with his desire to teach others about the sport. Dakota takes great pride in guiding clients, sharing his knowledge about fish behavior, electronics, and effective techniques to improve their skills.
