Owner and operator, Captain Myles Murray, is a native who has lived and fished the local waters almost all his life. He started guiding because of his strong passion for fishing and for him there’s nothing more rewarding than to see someone get the shakes from catching Bass. Regardless of your skill level, your guide will tailor the trip to meet your needs and make it more enjoyable for the whole group.
Ride in style in a 20’ Caymas boat with enough room for up to 2 anglers. It has a GPS, Fishfinder, and an ice box. You’ll use various fishing techniques like bottom fishing, or light and heavy tackle fishing.
Choose from 4 to 8-hour trips, You’ll spend time going after different Bass species such as Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Spotted Bass, Hybrid Striped Bass as well as Crappie. Species will vary depending on the season and weather.
Your rods, reels, and lures will be provided. There are also refreshments (water) onboard. As for you, you just need to pack your favorite snacks and drinks, sun protection, and wear weather-appropriate clothing. Lastly, don’t forget to buy a fishing license before the trip!

It all started with hearing about the legendary bass in Guntersville lake. Buddy and I drove all the way from Michigan to Alabama. We tried fishing the 1st day by ourselves and were completely lost by the size of Guntersville. we ended up googling local bass guides and came across Myles. Let me tell you something if you're having s fishing itch and you wanna catch some bass. You gotta call up Myles and he will hook you up, literally! Ended up hooking into the biggest bass I ever caught. I have used Myles's guides a few times and I will continue to do so. Great company, good friend, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
