Welcome to North Florida Fishing Charters. I am Captain Ron Schurr your guide. I have been fishing the waters of St. Augustine, Jacksonville and Amelia Island for 17 years specializing in light tackle inshore and backwater fishing. I make every effort to provide a memorable and safe fishing adventure regardless of your fishing expertise.
Maverick 18 ft HPX is powered by a 115 HP Yamaha motor. It is the most versatile technical poling skiff ever developed. This is the ultimate boat for fishing the backwater marshes of Northeast Florida combining all the features needed for a safe and successful fishing adventure such as shallow water draft, comfortable ride and stability.
The NauticStar 22 bay boat is perfect for Inlet, backwater, river and beach fishing. This boat is ideal for Bull Redfish, Black Drum, Tarpon and Shark trips. The boat provides comfort and stability for when we fish more open waters. The boat is equipped with a Bimini top which can be used if needed.
My boats can accommodate 3-4 anglers.
