Blake Rigby
Make your time on the water count in Pensacola with North West Florida Fishing Charters. Captain Blake brings over 15 years of experience fishing these productive coastal waters and knows how to adjust each trip based on tides, weather, and seasonal patterns. Whether you’re planning your first trip or returning for another day on the water, you’ll be fishing alongside a guide who is focused on putting you in the right position for success.
Pensacola offers a wide range of fishing environments, from shallow grass flats to deeper ledges and offshore structures. This variety allows you to target multiple species in a single outing. Depending on conditions, you may find yourself chasing Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Snapper, Amberjack, Cobia, or even Sharks. Captain Blake uses a mix of sight fishing, bottom fishing, and light trolling between spots to cover more ground and stay on active fish.
Trips are designed to match your goals and schedule. Shorter 4-hour trips are great for targeting Redfish and Flounder close to shore, while 5- and 6-hour options expand your range both inshore and offshore. Full-day 8-hour trips are ideal for anglers who want to reach deeper waters and target species like Snapper, Grouper, Amberjack, and Cobia. Peak fishing season runs from late May through August, when conditions and species movement create steady action, but fall months also bring strong opportunities, especially for bull Redfish.
You’ll be fishing aboard a 22-foot center console built for comfort and performance, with room for up to four guests. All rods, reels, tackle, and live bait are included, along with your fishing license for the day. Fish cleaning is also provided, so you can take your catch home ready to cook.
Families and beginners are always welcome. If you’re looking for a relaxed introduction, shorter catch-and-release trips can be arranged to help new anglers learn the basics in a simple and enjoyable setting.
All you need to bring is sunscreen, sunglasses, drinks, and snacks. Everything else is ready when you arrive.
