Spring and Early Summer trips take place on Lake Lewisville. For the Fall and Winter, you’ll be taken to Lake Ray Roberts. Lake Texoma is also on the list for early summer and Winter Trips
Owner and operator, Captain Chris O’Bryan is fully insured and licensed with over 30 years of fishing experience. He’s been fishing for most of his life: from fishing the marshes and bayous of South Louisiana as a youngster, to fishing the lakes in the Piney Woods of East Texas as a teenager, to fishing the Toledo Bend area lakes as an older teen. His top priorities are to give his clients a safe and rewarding experience that everyone can enjoy so he makes sure that everything is up to date and double-checked.
Your adventure will start as soon as you hop on the captain’s 21’ Frontier boat that can accommodate up to 8 guests. It is powered by a 200HP Mercury engine and it features navigational electronic equipment such as GPS and Fishfinder. It also has live bait well.
Catch your limit and enjoy a productive day in the water as you focus on chasing after White bass/Sand Bass with the occasional hybrid or crappie mixed in.
You won't have to worry about not being prepared. OB's Guide Service will provide everything you need to make sure your fishing charters get started on the right foot—rods, bait, tackle, and even filleting your catch free of charge. Anyone 17 or older will need a Texas freshwater fishing license. Don’t forget to grab your favorite snacks & drinks, sun protection, and wear weather-appropriate clothing.

My son and I had a great early start to fishing on Lake Lewisville with Chris today. It was great fun! Chris is an amazing fishing guide. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and easygoing. We are already working on the calendar to make room for the next trip. We caught more than we could keep and more than we wanted to. We highly recommend Chris.

I worked with Chris to set up a fishing trip for my husband, Dad & a couple of friends. He was easy to work with and answered all my questions. The guys had an amazing time & said Chris felt like a 5th party member because he was so personable and he made it fun. He was very knowledgeable and just made it an overall great experience for them. Thanks for giving the guys in my life a very well-deserved break!

We were a family with kids who joined the trip! We caught a total of 81 fish. Everything was perfect and the trip was great Captain O’Brien was on point. He was very professional. I highly recommend him!
