"Reeling in the Big Ones: A Thrilling Deep Sea Fishing Excursion"
What a day out on the water! I had the pleasure of taking Success out for a deep sea fishing charter with Ocean Stinger, and we ended up with a fantastic haul - Spanish Mackerel, Little Tunny, and even some nice Atlantic Bonito. The conditions were ideal, with clear skies and great water all day long. We set out from Wrightsville Beach, NC on a mission to hook into some pelagic gamefish. March is a prime time for this kind of offshore fishing, as the warming waters bring the baitfish and predators closer to the surface. We wasted no time getting the trolling spread out and the heavy tackle ready. It wasn't long before the first rod screamed and Success was into his first fish of the day - a feisty Little Tunny that put up a great fight on the line. We got it in the boat, snapped a quick photo, and kept the lines moving. The bite stayed steady throughout the trip, with the Spanish Mackerel and Atlantic Bonito keeping us on our toes. We mixed up the techniques, switching between deep-sea trolling and live bait, to cover as much water as possible. It was nonstop action, with rod after rod bending over as we boated fish after fish. Success was a natural, fighting each one with skill and enthusiasm. In between the flurries of activity, we had a chance to take in the open ocean scenery and enjoy the comfortable day on the water. Had a great day out on the water for a 4 hour near shore fishing trip. The captain was a fun guy who my whole family got along great with. We brought home a bag of fish and cooked it the way he recommended and let's just say even my picky 14 year old went back for seconds. Don't let the bad reviews fool you this is a great charter and the captain is cool and down to earth.

10/10! From start to finish. Excellent customer service. Talked to a lot of captains before booking but Ocean Stinger was the nicest and most upfront captain. We will only be fishing with Ocean Stinger! CALL THEM TODAY BOOK YOUR TRIP WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! 10/10!!

Many thanks to Natasha & Jesse! We used them for the 2023 KWLA tournament in Morehead and had a great experience. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated how hard they worked to try and put us on the fish. Would happily use them again.
