Old Florida Guide Service invites you to experience fishing across the Treasure Coast and Florida Everglades with Capt. Billy Briggs, a native guide whose passion for fishing began when he was just 10 years old. Growing up on the waters of the Treasure Coast, Capt. Billy developed a deep connection with the area's waterways, wildlife, and diverse fishing opportunities. Today, he enjoys sharing that knowledge with guests and helping them experience the waters he has loved for decades.

Old Florida Guide Service primarily fishes the mangroves and flats using light tackle or fly fishing techniques. Depending on the location, season, and current conditions, trips can target Snook, Spotted Seatrout, Tripletail, and Redfish. When weather conditions allow, Capt. Billy may also venture into nearshore waters to pursue Cobia, Grouper, and Kingfish. Fishing is available year-round, providing opportunities to explore different waters and target a variety of species throughout the seasons.

Trips take place aboard a 22-foot Pathfinder powered by a 200 HP Suzuki engine. The boat is equipped with modern navigation and fish-finding electronics to help locate productive areas, along with an icebox for keeping your catch fresh and a live well for bait.

Everything you need for the fishing trip is provided, including rods, reels, tackle, bait, lures, fishing licenses, and bottled water. Complimentary fish cleaning is also available after returning to shore. Guests simply need to bring their preferred drinks and snacks and get ready for a day on the water.
