On a Mission Fishing Charters

I have been fishing with Team Bedell for almost three years, which has included trips captained by each of Capt Wes, Capt Perry, and Capt Weston, and a few trips where two of them paired up. I have taken kids and adults with varying levels of experience fishing, and one thing I love about the On a Mission team is their ability to adapt to the season, conditions, and client's angling skills and still put fish in the boat. From off-shore wrecks to skinny backcountry waters, these guys will get you on the right fish regardless of conditions, season, or experience level. Of course, it's called fishing (not catching) and some days are better than others, but I have never been skunked with this crew and they will work relentlessly to get you on a bite. Visibility or swells may not always allow for off-shore fishing, but if so they've got the more sheltered backcountry figured out. It all looks the same to me back there, but they know what spots to hit and what spots to pass and will gladly explain why if you really want to learn how to read the water. I have caught countless snook, redfish, jack, sea trout, triple tail, bonita, cobia, and most recently a couple black tip sharks and a bucket list 80+ lb tarpon fishing with these guys. I have referred several friends to them and taken guests with me, and will keep coming back to them for great trips in the Naples area. Can't recommend this team enough.

Captains Perry and Weston gave us a great day of fishing. Bait was already on the boat when we were picked up and we were on the wreck in no time. Very knowledgeable guys that were great to talk to and spend the day with. Beautiful snook, ‘cuda, and a big lemon shark that gave me all I could handle. Permit eluded us today, but next year we will try again! I’d highly recommend fishing with these hard working guys!! Thanks again

My son and I spent three days with these guys and it was amazing! They are top notch fisherman and captains. I wanted big fish and they delivered everyday! Some of the best fishing in florida is in Naples and the best hunting down the big boys is On a Mission Fishing!

Wes and his sons, Perry and Weston, have provided me and my family the very best fishing experiences in SW Florida! They are enthusiastic, attentive, and always looking for that thrill of a lifetime for their clients. A good example happened over this last holiday break. While catching snappers and other good-eating and fun to catch fish for a feast later that night, Weston happened upon a huge barracuda. We got hooked up and my son reeled him in (after a grueling fight!). A short while later, a nice sandbar shark hammered a bait off the back of the boat, and my son tried but had to hand the rod over to me for a while! Add a huge loggerhead turtle, some great tripletails, and a lot of laughs, and you have memories that will last a lifetime. Capt Wes and his sons deliver at anytime during the year, and their equipment gives you options that others can't offer. I can not recommend them highly enough!

Perry was a great guide! He took us to all the hot spot’s. We caught a good variety of fish, learned a lot about fishing in Florida, the mangrove’s and Naples

What an awesome trip! These guys are very professional and really know their stuff. My brother and I were able to get on some really nice fish, including a trophy Snook!
