In Nacogdoches, Texas, Captain Owen Gayler was born and raised. He developed a passion for the water and fishing early on. By the time he was eighteen, he was researching the estuary and examining the seashore to discover the "why" behind everything. Captain Owen knew he loved fishing after serving as a mate on an Offshore boat, but he also realized that he loved to see other people catch fish and enjoy themselves even more. After a few years, Capt. Owen started fly fishing while searching for Redfish in whatever back-lake spot he could find, from South Padre Island to Louisiana. He is driven to find new water and content fish since he is passionate about the outdoors. The Texas Coastal Range is a target-rich location for sight-casting.

Trips include Fly Fishing and sight casting, but everything you need is onboard including tackles and high-quality Fly Fishing gears, flies, and lunches, you may prefer to bring your own lunch and equipment. For sight casting, artificial baits, spin, or bait cast rods are provided for the customers. Wear your sun protection to keep you refreshed from the limited shade on the water. Expect to catch Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Sheepshead, and Black Drum.
