Decided to go kayak fishing for my birthday and I’m more than pleased that I decided to go with Courtney as my first trip. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and his hospitality is top notch. We caught 4 keeper speckled trout and 1 keeper redfish. He also doesn’t mind taking the time to show you the proper technique to use to catch fish. Superb fishing charter experience. Captain Courtney is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He cares about your experience and goes out of his way to make sure you’re getting the absolute most out the experience. He taught me how to use the “walk-the-dog” fishing technique. Will be recommending him to anyone visiting the Tallahassee area.

Courtney knows his stuff!!! Before we'd even officially met, he put on a spot for bank fishing the day before our trip where I finally caught my first redfish in over 10 years of trying solo and with other guides. Consummate professional with tons of patience and character. Proceeded to put me on even more reds and trout the next day, and what differs with PDKFC and others charters.....he uses LURES and has these results! Learned a lot, got some lures and a fish bag, and some groceries! 10/10 and going again
