Cruise along the stunning waters aboard a 25’ Jones brother boat that has plenty of room for up to 6 guests fishing at the same time with no trouble. This vessel is outfitted with a wireless trolling motor to help you sneak up on fish quietly.
Anglers of all ages and skill levels are welcome to climb aboard, so bring your families, friends and even colleagues on a fun-filled day out. Captain Ethan loves teaching the little ones something new and it brings him great joy to see the bright smiles on their faces.
When it comes to your catch, Redfish, Sheepshead, Flounder, Black Drum, Spotted Seatrout, and anything else you can find at the end of your line is up for taking. You'll also have an opportunity to try out a range of tricks and techniques that will help land a catch of a lifetime.
The trip includes all the necessary state-of-the-art equipment and gear you will need throughout your journey. Fishing licenses, drinks, and catch cleaning service will also be provided by the captain.

We’ve rented kayaks from Pogie’s three times so far and each time it’s an awesome experience. The staff here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After our trip out on the water we spoke with David about purchasing our own kayaks and he couldn’t have been more helpful and interested in assisting us. He went above and beyond to show us their selection of kayaks and the features and upgrades they offer. We had a great time on the water, and David’s help educating us on our future purchase was above and beyond. Thanks Pogie’s, you’re the best.

Ethan is so much fun so full of energy and excitement ..He truly loves what he does and you can see it and he is just an all around awesome guy to be around .very helpful and involved, with just the best personality Always so much fun when we use pogies for water taxis or tours ... Pogies is and will always be my first choice. Really just a great group of guys down at that shop. Rarely do I write reviews of anything, I only take the time to do a review when I feel the service or experience was exceptional and exceeds my expectations

Pogie’s was amazing. Ethan took us to various islands, we went fishing, crabbing, and shrimping, these were things we had never had done before. He took time to teach us some of his techniques, and so friendly and easy to converse with. We would definitely return to him next time we visit NC. I would highly recommend them if anyone is looking for fun and adventure in the water.

We have had 2 great experiences with the staff at Pogie’s. First: A couple of us rented Kayaks to explore close islands. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Second: Took family on Eco tour with Captain Ethan. We had the best time. We came back with so many treasures. So many big and beautiful Welk shells, 7 sand dollars and some cool sharks teeth. Ethan was a great tour guide. He was so kind and helpful. He got out of the boat with us and helped in our search. Our son especially enjoyed learning about the shells and fish. Highly recommend booking any of the options they offer. Genuine people that care about helping others appreciate and enjoy the ocean and wildlife.
