We explored numerous options before settling on Captain Daniel and Reel Life Fishing. What stood out was his exceptional responsiveness, even going the extra mile to confirm our trip while we were en route. As avid fishing enthusiasts from the Canadian west coast, we arrived with our three boys, ages 10 and 12. Captain Daniel's performance was truly outstanding. He initially targeted deep-sea fishing for el dorado, and when needed, he swiftly shifted to rock fishing to ensure everyone had a chance to catch something. We had an amazing time catching a diverse range of fish. Captain Daniel ensured that the experience was enjoyable for all five of us. The boat and equipment were of the highest quality, and I wholeheartedly recommend fishing with him. Hailing from New York, we had no prior expectations, but Captain Daniel was there to address all our queries and even treated us to sightings of dolphin pods, sea lions, and an abundance of fish. Captain Daniel is truly amazing! He's a fantastic person and operates an absolutely wonderful boat that made our day thoroughly enjoyable. Despite some choppy and windy conditions, I can't speak highly enough about how well the boat handled it. Given the changing weather and choppy waters, we did face some challenges initially in finding the ideal fishing spot. However, Captain Daniel went above and beyond, reeling in lines and persistently searching until we hit the jackpot. He took care of everything, from rigging up the reels to skillfully navigating the boat to reach as many promising spots as possible. When we finally found the fish, they were biting like crazy! I can't express enough how wonderful our experience was with Daniel and Reel Life. We're eagerly looking forward to returning for more adventures!

It was a truly beautiful day to embark on a fishing adventure. My brothers and I rendezvoused with the Captain and first mate at Dana Landing after picking up food, fishing licenses, and drinks. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, down-to-earth individuals. Both possessed impressive skills and knowledge. We had an amazing time, though there were a few moments of minor sea sickness (which we can laugh about now). Nevertheless, we did manage to reel in some fish, and it was enough to make some delicious fish tacos. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly go out with this crew again.
