Guests will fish aboard a spacious 28-foot Parker boat, accommodating up to six people comfortably. The vessel is powered by twin 250HP Yamaha engines, allowing it to reach impressive speeds of over 40 knots. This means that guests will spend less time traveling and more time fishing. The boat is equipped with essential amenities, including a private toilet, trolling gear, navigational electronics, and a live bait tank, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable day on the water.
Before setting out, guests are encouraged to ask Captain Tyja about what fish are in season and where they might have the best chance of landing a big catch. The waters around Bodega Bay are home to a variety of species, including Halibut, Lingcod, Tuna, Rockfish, White Seabass, and Salmon. Best of all, any fish caught during the trip belong to the guests, and the deckhand will clean and fillet the catch for free.

Despite having just three customers, Captain Ty decided to make the most of the perfect weather and calm seas. Instead of spending time on elusive salmon, he took us to fish for rockfish and lingcod, where we quickly hit our limit with impressively sized catches by noon. Both the captain and crew were friendly, helpful, and made the experience memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
