Reel Pursuit Charters provides thrilling fishing excursions in the waters surrounding Boston. You will spend a fun-filled day in the company of an experienced crew led by Captain Paul Diggins. Paul and one of his two mates will show you their favorite and most productive local fishing spots, inshore or offshore, and set you up to reel in your next catch!
Captain Paul has over 25 years of experience in the industry, having honed his craft everywhere from Costa Rica to Cape Cod and Florida to Boston. Additionally, he holds a USCG 100 Ton Captains License and takes pride in offering his customers the highest level of safety on the water.
On the day of your trip, you will climb aboard Captain Paul's spacious 34' Craig Blackwell custom-built Carolina boat. The vessel contains all the latest electronics, including navigational and safety equipment. Propelled by two 315HP Cummins engines, the boat runs smooth and dry, and you'll be at your fishing spot in no time.
Reel Pursuit Charters provides guests all fishing rods, gear license & tackle, including live bait on 6 and 8 hour long trips. Sometimes times live bait is not available. And we will use artificial lures that have been proven most successful in Captain Paul's years of experience. Choose from a number of target species options including the famous Striper, as well as Porgy, Atlantic Mackerel, Flounder and Bluefish. You can also choose Offshore options and test your skills on a deep sea trip targeting Bluefin Tuna and various Shark species.
Amenities on board include a fridge and large cooler with plenty of ice for any personal drinks or snacks you would like to bring. A private toilet and multimedia system are also available for guest convenience.

Description: This trip will allow anglers to experience Boston nearshore fishing to the fullest. You can cover a lot of ground on this trip with a few quality stops. You will go out in search of Striped Bass, Bluefish, and Flounder. Starting times are flexible but it's best to plan for an early start if you're fishing during the weekend 4-hour trips are available only Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Federal guidelines will be followed on all trips. All gear, rods, tackle, and bait is included. First mate works for tips 20 % is customary.
