Capt. Leon Hampton was born and raised in Florida. Fishing is his lifelong passion, and after spending years on the water he decided to become a captain in 2014. His main goal is to introduce people to his world on the water and teach them everything he knows to help them become better anglers. Leon is a firm believer in getting children outside and showing them what nature has to offer. He always loves fishing with veterans too because he wants to give back to them since they've given a lot for our country.

Whether you want to sight fish the flats or head into slightly deeper waters, Capt. Leon has the experience you need to help you hook up. From Redfish and Snook to Gag Grouper, Tripletail and Sheepshead, it's sure to be a rod-bending day! If you’d rather spend your time searching for scallops in the summertime, Captain Leon provides snorkeling trips, but due to the Covid-19 outbreak, he ask you that you bring your own snorkeling gear.

Your vessel for the day is a 21’ Carolina Skiff center console. She can accommodate up to 4 anglers on fishing charters, and 6 on scalloping trips. This smooth-riding boat is powered by a 115 HP Yamaha engine and includes GPS and Fish Finder technology to keep you on the fish.

Everything you might need (rods, fishing tackle, lures, fly rods, fishing licenses) is included in the price. Capt. Leon is also happy to clean and fillet your catch. Help yourself to bottled water in the ice box or stock it up with your own drinks and snacks.
