Absolutely speechless! Anthony is an absolute legend and incredibly knowledgeable. The boat was fantastic, and the fishing experience was truly like something out of a dream! My son and his friend had been dreaming about fishing in Florida for years, and Anthony made it happen. He was friendly, professional, and knew exactly how to make the trip unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure the boys had an amazing time. They landed a bunch of fish—including some giant tarpon—and I’m sure they’ll be talking about that night in Miami for the rest of their lives.

Thursday night at the Airbnb, we suddenly got the itch to go fishing. Anthony was the first to respond—and lucky for us, he had a last-minute opening. We jumped on it and headed out for a 5-hour night trip. He got us on a bunch of species, and we had an awesome time. Of the three charters we did that week, this was easily the best. Anthony’s a unique guy with tons of knowledge and knows exactly how to make the trip fun. No question—we’ll book with him again next time we’re in Miami.

We recently had an awesome evening/night charter with Captain Anthony. He was flexible with our schedule and had no problem starting the trip a bit early. He was also a great teacher—patient with my two boys (11 and 14), making sure they were always hooked up with fish while teaching them about the local waters, the species we caught, and the techniques for landing them. We caught a ton of fish across several spots—too many to count! Some of the species included red snapper, blue runner, grouper, jack crevalle (we caught a bunch), moonfish, and grunt. We even hooked into a couple of tarpon, which was a thrill even though we didn’t land them. Captain Anthony is friendly, knowledgeable, easygoing, and great at communicating. It was a fantastic five hours on the water, and if we’re ever back in Miami, we’ll absolutely be booking with him again.

Captain Anthony took my wife and me out for her first ocean fishing trip, and Catchin’ Reels Charter did not disappoint! He was personable, accommodating, and shared great insight throughout the trip. I lost count of how many fish we caught, but the highlight was my wife landing a shark—something she’s always dreamed of. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend Catchin’ Reels.
