Rob's Greenwater Guide Service

A few friends and I wanted to go out fishing for a reunion trip. We called around/looked at reviews of all the boat captains. Rob had the absolute best reviews and I can see why. It was absolutely perfect! Not only did we max out on crab, rockfish, and have awesome time we also had the opportunity to catch coho salmon (it wasn’t his fault that I couldn’t real it in). I am planning to have my dad and brothers come with me in the future and will definitely not be the last time we use his services. Highly recommend it to anybody looking for guide services.

My fishing buddy and I went on a guided trip with Rob this past week out of Garibaldi. We have fished other areas of the Oregon Coast but were unfamiliar with Garibaldi. Even though we were hoping to catch some salmon, we still took home limits of rockfish and crab. A couple of the guys on our trip got seasick, so if you’re prone to motion sickness - please consider taking medication beforehand. We thankfully do not have this problem and are accustom to being in different ocean conditions. Rob has tons of experience and knowledge, we very much enjoyed our trip and plan to go out with him again in the future!

What a great day on the water! Rob was awesome and obviously knew exactly where to be! We caught tons of rockfish followed by a ton of salmon, including a big King! With Rob’s expert advice, my daughter, age 9, and my wife caught their first salmon, too! Again, great day, thanks to Rob! Top notch.

We had a fantastic fishing trip! Rob was really was prepared and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure we had a great time and did a good job being patient with a group of newbies! He showed up early and stayed until our crab was in the pot! We couldn't have enjoyed it more! You will not regret booking a trip with Rob!

Rob took my 3 sons and I out fishing in Tillamook Bay on Oct. 3rd, 2021, and we had a blast! Due to Rob's expertise, we may have been the only boat that day that caught and kept a Chinook. We also came home with 25 crabs (more than plenty to share with friends and family). Rob has it dialed in with an awesome boat and only the best fishing equipment, which increases the chances of netting fish. If you are looking for a professional guide, he's your man!

We had Rob take us out fishing the first week in June. It was FANTASTIC. We all made memories that will last a lifetime. Rob was so great with my two girls aged 4 and 8. We almost hit our limit (not for lack of trying on Rob's part) with rock fish taking home 20 and got 34 crabs! He knew where to fish, so much so other boats started to follow him around. He switched our bait multiple times whenever it wasn't working. His boat had plenty of room for the six of us and the seats were comfortable. Honestly, if you're wanting to go on a family fishing trip, Rob is your guy/guide! Thank you, Rob. Sincerely. We will be back!
