Kenny Rova
The Riverman Guide Service in Lincoln Beach, Oregon offers professionally guided salmon fishing trips across some of the most productive rivers on the Oregon Coast. From the Siletz River near Lincoln City to the McKenzie River near Leaburg Dam, each trip is built around local knowledge, seasonal timing, and a commitment to giving every guest a memorable day on the water.
Captain Kenneth has spent his entire life fishing and turned that passion into a full-time guide service in 2021. His approach is simple: create meaningful experiences while putting guests in the best position to catch fish. Whether you're new to fishing or have years of experience, he takes the time to explain techniques, adjust strategies, and keep the trip relaxed and enjoyable.
Trips focus on targeting Chinook and Coho salmon using proven methods like trolling, jigging, bobber fishing, and light tackle setups. Each trip runs between 4 and 7 hours depending on your preference, giving you flexibility while still covering productive water. Peak season runs from August through October, while spring and early summer trips from April to July offer steady action with fewer crowds.
You’ll fish aboard a 24 ft Willie Skiffs boat powered by a Yamaha engine, designed for both comfort and performance on Oregon’s rivers. The boat is equipped with GPS and fish finder technology to help locate fish efficiently and maximize your time on the water. It can accommodate up to 6 guests, making it a great option for families and small groups.
All rods, reels, and tackle are included in every trip. At the end of your day, your catch will be cleaned and ready to take home. Guests are required to bring a valid Oregon fishing license and tag card.
What sets this guide service apart is the focus on connection. One of Captain Kenneth’s most meaningful experiences involved a family returning to honor a loved one on the same water where they once fished together. It’s moments like that that define what these trips are all about.
Book your trip today and experience Oregon Coast salmon fishing with a guide who values every moment on the water.
