Captain Bob accommodated our group of three on short notice and in challenging fishing conditions. He did an excellent job of putting us on fish, and we were able to leave with some fish for the freezer. Spending several hours on the water with him was enjoyable. I would highly recommend booking a trip with him, and I hope to return.

We had a fantastic time, despite the cold, rain, and slow bite. In total, we only caught four silvers, but it seems to be slow for everyone.

It's hard to express adequately the positive impressions I have of Captain Robert and his exceptional fishing expertise. Right from the start, he had us reeling in fish. My wife and I were truly grateful for the personal attention he devoted to teaching our sons the salmon-catching technique. Remarkably, Captain Robert even had my eldest son mastering the use of a fly rod. Without a doubt, reserving a trip with him would be a decision you won't second-guess. Our experience was undoubtedly among the most outstanding fishing outings we've ever embarked upon.

Experience a splendid morning-afternoon expedition along the stunning Kenai River. Our captain ensured a seamless experience by reaching out in advance, providing weather-appropriate attire recommendations and location details. Demonstrating professionalism and a profound understanding of the river and its diverse fish species, the captain revealed hidden treasures. The vessel, the Kraken, showcased an impressive and stylish design, offering remarkable comfort. Despite its robust appearance, the engine operated silently. Accommodating a group comprising my husband, myself, and a senior friend who is hearing impaired, the captain displayed remarkable professionalism and kept us entertained throughout the journey. Swiftly encountering fish, the excitement was palpable. Mastering the river's nuances, tides, and prime spots, we relished an exclusive, non-crowded fishing experience. The captain's knowledge extended to the local wildlife, including awe-inspiring eagles. Our catch included an array of trout, and surprisingly, I, the lady of the group, outperformed my husband – a delightful first! Personal favorites emerged in the form of Kings and Dolly Varden. This adventure was simply extraordinary, earning our highest recommendation.

As soon as we reached the dock, Captain Cushman was there, ready and waiting to greet us. He provided a thorough onshore briefing and distributed inflatable life jackets to all of us (which I genuinely valued). Putting us on fish right from the start, his attentiveness during our fishing experience was remarkable. I wholeheartedly endorse him – Captain Cushman comes highly recommended for an exceptional fishing trip!

Captain Rob was great and very personable. He had a lot of knowledge of the river and fish in the area. It was a tough day fishing for everyone on the river as the commercial nets were out. Capt. Rob put us in a bunch of spots and we tried several techniques but we never got onto any fish, it happens. Got to see some beautiful scenery and some wildlife
