Embark on the fishing adventure aboard a 24' Robalo Center Console boat, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Powered by a 300HP Yamaha Engine with a maximum cruising speed of 45 knots, this vessel is fully equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. It features a GPS, fishfinder, wireless trolling monitor, a live baitwell to keep your catch fresh, and an icebox to store your refreshments.
Under the guidance of Captain Eddie, you'll learn various fishing techniques using light tackle, including spinning, jigging, popping, fly fishing, drift fishing, and bottom fishing. The abundant species you'll target during your trip include Redfish, Red Snapper, Sheepshead, Tarpon, Cobia, and many more. Captain Eddie was great. He got us on some good fishing and also told us a little about the area including the sand island lighthouse and fort. Great personality, makes you feel like your going fishing with a close friend. Whether your a novice or a pro at fishing, you will have a great time. For the novice,, He baits up your hook and will even cast for you if you just can't figure it out. He definitely knows the area and keeps you baited and fishing the entire time. My son had some good fights with several of the larger fish in the area which was exactly what we were looking for. Very patient and doesn't make you feel rushed. He educated us on what are good fish to keep and which were not. Also cleaned all our fish at the end of the trip and bagged them up for us.
