The journey begins on Capt Adrain Doby's 18 ft Ranger Ghost 183 boat, which can accommodate up to two guests. The boat is powered by a 150HP mercury engine that provides plenty of power and speed for cruising along the North Carolina coastline. With a cruising speed of 53 knots, you'll be able to quickly and easily reach some of the best fishing spots in the area.
With an abundance of Flounder, Redfish, and Speckled Trout, North Carolina ensures that you will never be bored with your catch. The techniques used here include light tackle and site casting to ensure that you get the best possible experience.

Here is a recent FB post I did on Shells & Tails Outdoor Adventures! ~ Back-to-back trips to the beach! This is a rarity for the Jones Family. This time, it was Topsail Beachside with our daughter Chasity Jones & Captain Adrain Doby and family for some off-shore fishing. Folks, if you want an outdoor adventure, charter with this guy! We got all this catch in such a short amount of time! (Some are just for pics, due to size or season, some had to go back 💟). Then, since we are family, he cooked it all up with some steak & sides for some surf & turf! Adrain truly has a gift & technique for his craft, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Chasity for planning such a wonderful time, we love you guys very much! 💙 https://m.facebook.com/103082028534388 Also, I have a rare medical condition called Chemical Sensitivity Syndrome. This means I have to avoid all products with fragrances & strong chemicals to avoid having a reaction. Adrain & his crew worked diligently to ensure I would have safe travel. Thanks, guys! He really knows what he is doing & takes pride in his work & it shows! We will definitely contact him again for our next outdoor coastal adventure!

The weather was rough and super windy, but the captain put us on the fish and within 5 minutes of queuing we were biting our fists! The captain is a very nice guy and he had a great time on the water. He will definitely book a charter with this guy.
