Snook Season
Snook season opens March 1st. here on the gulf coast and I'm seeing good numbers of large slot and bigger fish. This cold weather will be pulling out of our area about the time season opens which will put these fish in a heavy feeding mode. Now is the time to book your trip with the Snook Sniper to get a chance to tangle with one of these awesome fish!

Backwater fishing
These fronts and negative tides make for some great fishing right now. Live and cut bait are the best options, but small lures will work too. The fish are in the deeper holes or close to them. It's best to fish wind protected areas due to the waters being warmer. Mud bottom will produce the most fish right now.
