Set out on a scenic adventure with Captain Johnny Stabile who knows where the monsters hide on this lake!
There is plenty of fishing to be done on the abundant waters of Lake Ida, especially when it comes to bass fishing. Both Largemouth and Peacock Bass are present, and they're always hungry. It is also home to the distinguished Clown Knife fish, which can weigh up to 12 pounds. Getting them into the boat is a try test of skill as they are known for their acrobatic jumps.
You'll be riding on a rugged 22’ Pathfinder, adaptable to different weather conditions and can accommodate up to 4 guests onboard. This is a comfortable vessel equipped with superb electronics that help you locate where the fish hide, a live bait well, and a trolling motor so you can sneak up on your catch in complete silence.
If you're interested in fly fishing, let the captain know in advance so he can prepare fly gear for you. If fishing with bait and lures is more your style, Johnny will help prepare your rigs. All necessary equipment will be provided for you, simply bring food, drinks, sunscreen, and a freshwater fishing license!
No matter what the occasion is, this charter makes every adventure one to remember. Captain Johnny invites anglers of all skill levels to join him on a wonderful fishing excursion. Children ages 6 years and above are also welcome to climb aboard!

Captain Johnny works really hard. He put us onto a lot of different varieties of fish. Caught many peacock bass on the fly rod. The girls caught a lot on lures. He is very personable and an accomplished fisherman. Overall the day was great and well worth it.
