You want to catch fish and have a good time. Look no further. I have been out a few times with Rich and have never been “skunked”. He will always put you on the fish. He has a vast knowledge of the local area and has been fishing these waters for many years not only recreational but competitively as well. Because of his vast knowledge of the local area, you can always take a shot with one of his custom baits. He designed their colors to be a perfect match to the local bait fish and pretty much guarantee a strike. Again, he will put you on the fish and his baits will almost guarantee a strike. Not a better guide or bait manufacturer in Hampton Roads. Better be ready 'cause this ain’t fishin’ it’s catching!!

We have been out with Rich twice now. Once in November and once in March. 2 different stages of the bass cycle and we each caught a bass both times. My wife got 2 today. He is very knowledgeable about different parts of the lakes and has many different baits to try. He can teach you how to use your equipment better or let you borrow some of his setups to test out. He is also a very patient and effective teacher. I have been fishing my entire life and still learned countless tips and tricks from him that I never knew. Highly recommend a charter with him to anyone who wants to enjoy a day on the lake and learn a ton along the way!!!

Poor guy does his best and always has a smile on his face. The thing I like most about him is his ability to laugh at himself
