On 8/13/21 It was always a dream of my husband and father in law to fish in Alaska. For Father's Day 2021, I gifted them a trip. We had an experience of a lifetime! Captain Mike took us out to catch salmon and halibut and that's exactly what we did! We caught a lot of fish! He is well knowledged in the art of fishing in Alaska! His boat is immaculate, comfortable,and organized. He is kind and responds to all inquisitions. It's quite amazing that he can run 4 poles,2 down riggers, bait & net fish, and captain a boat all at the same time. Just simply amazing!! I took my son on our first ever trip to Alaska for his Eagle Scout rank achievement and HS graduation in June '21. Cpt Mike was fantastic, he took us out to some great spots and caught our limit on halibut, salmon and crab on on our three day trip. Mike's knowledge of the local waters was uncanny. Definitely looking forward for our next trip with Cpt. Mike when my younger son gets his Eagle Scout rank.

Mike is a great captain and fishes hard. Great guy to spend several days on the water with! Mike put us on the fish and we had a great time getting to know Mike and swapping stories. Mike is super easy going and I learned a lot while fishing on his boat. I’ve fished a half dozen Alaska charters at least and Mike was by far the best!

Captain Mike was highly professional yet very friendly. We had originally booked our trip pre-COVID and had to ask for a refund which he quickly and cordially provided. We then rebooked for 2021 and the trip was great. I would definitely recommend Alaska Catch to anyone looking for a Ketchikan fishing charter.

We went out on a 6 hour Halibut Charter. Captain Mike was definitely knew his craft! We anchored about a 40 minute ride south of Ketchikan and every member of our party caught a Halibut; mission accomplished. We highly recommend The Alaska Catch and Capt. Mike Fleece to you.

WOW! Had never visited Alaska before and really wanted to go Salomon fishing. After trying to schedule a trip with no success. I called the Alaska Catch Fishing Charters and was greeted by a guy named Captain Mike! He informed us that he could fit us in around !-4 on the date that our cruise arrived and would meet us on the dock five minutes from our ship! WOW, their were four of us and we could not believe this guy would help us out! Well 1p.m. arrived and that is when we met Capt. Mike! He loaded us on his boat gave us an emergency drill and within 25 minutes we were having the time of our life catching Salomon ! I mentioned that it would be neat to feed an eagle and Capt. Mike made that dream come true! He handled the processing and we received our fish on the date promised and back on the ship in plenty of time! Very clean boat and great Captain! GREAT experience and well worth the price! This is the only company that went above and beyond to help us out!!
