Powered by a 300HP Yamaha engine,The boat is also equipped with a GPS, Fishfinder, Live Bait Well, and Multimedia System, ensuring that you have everything you need for a successful fishing trip. With a capacity of up to six passengers, including children, you can enjoy your adventure with your family and friends.
Lake Texoma is home to a variety of species, including Smallmouth Bass, Striped Bass, White Bass, Catfish, and Crappie, making it a fishing paradise for anglers. Captain Troy predominantly fishes live but also fishes with lures, if you want a lure only trip, please make sure to ask. He will provide all the necessary fishing gear, lures,and bait ensuring that you have a comfortable and productive day on the water. There will be no focus on limiting out, only on finding the big fish. Please be advised, there are periods of the year that catching big fish are better than others. 20’’ + fish in July and August “can”be very skinny at times and not worth stressing the fish out/killing it or even cleaning it. I recommend December to March if you want to target the truly big Striper.

Max 7 guests (base trip price includes 7 guests)Description: Chase BIG Coldweather fish using a variety of techniques ranging from live bait,casting sassy shad ,and my personal favorite ”deadsticking”. I will have juglines in place very early AM the day of your trip and we will alternate Striper fishing with running juglines. In lieu of juglines, you can opt to “drift fish” for the opportunity to catch one of our winter monster catfish on rod and reel. Start times will vary, we will generally start shortly after sunrise.

My family of 5 hired Troy for a guided fishing trip this morning. We had a fantastic time. While it seemed like the fishing was going to be slow, we ended up going home with a cooler full of filets. My kids (14, 9, & 7 ) really enjoyed their first fishing trip and Troy was very accommodating! We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Best guide around! I have taken my kids and dad out with Troy and always catch our limit! He knows the lake like the back of his hand and is great with kids. He made them laugh and have them a great memory!

We booked with Troy for 2 adults, a 12 year old, and a 13 year old. Communication was great before hand so that we exactly where to go. He was great with the kids. Super helpful, knowledgeable and taught the boys what to do, and helped them out as well when they caught fish. My son wanted Troy to put the bait on the hook because he said he caught more when Troy put it on. He was professional and safety aware. We went out on a windy day and he had to adjust some of his plan for safety. He cleaned the fish and bagged them for us to take home. The boys loved the trip and have already asked to go back....with Troy of course! I highly recommend Troy's Guide Service!
